Helping Hampshire rugby clubs grow sustainable income, make better use of facilities and build strong commercial partnerships.
Hampshire RFU is proud to be one of the first county pilots for this new and exciting work funded by the RFU. The Revenue Generation Consultant represents a significant resource for Hampshire RFU, designed to support 4 clubs during the 18 month pilot, but with the ambition to share learning and create sustainability for this work beyond that time.
Our aims
- Identify and unlock new income streams tailored to each club.
- Increase facility utilisation through venue hire, events and community partnerships.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through contract reviews and best practice.
- Grow sponsorship, advertising and partnership revenue.

Working with clubs
Our work is collaborative and focused on a small pilot group of 4 clubs. We recognise volunteer time is precious — so recommendations are practical, low-administration, and designed to protect the rugby programme.
