Keynote Speaker – Nigel Redman
Nigel Redman, England Rugby’s Director of Team Performance, is delivering the morning keynote framing the importance of succession, both on and off the pitch: Succession: The Eight Attributes of an England Head Coach

Specific Coaching, Rugby Safe, Safeguarding and Youth Chair sessions including:
- Le Plaisir du Mouvement – Discover how Le Plaisir du Mouvement lies at the heart of rugby, with a dedicated session exploring how joy, flow, and embodied play unlock creativity, connection, and performance on the pitch.
- Inclusive Rugby Practice – practical session equips youth coaches, safeguarding teams and club leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver inclusive rugby, combining SEND fundamentals, real‑world scenarios, safeguarding insight, and on‑field adaptations that enable every young player to participate and thrive.
- Rethinking Pre-season – This preseason training session reimagines conditioning without bronchos or burpees, focusing instead on rugby‑specific movement, game‑based fitness, and enjoyable intensity that builds resilience, skill, and confidence for the season ahead.
