Rugby/Holiday Camps Request

All Rugby/Holiday Camps need Hampshire RFU approval.

Please ensure that all camps, competitions, tournaments, and festivals adhere to the following conditions:

Conditions for Approval:

1. Regulation 15 Compliance – Full compliance with RFU Regulation 15 is required.
2. Age Grade Calendar and Format – Activities must align with the Age Grade Playing Calendar and the competition format for the specific age grade.
3. Written Prior Approval – Prior approval must be obtained, as detailed in Regulation 15.9.

Camp Requirements:

• Camps are permissible for all age groups if:
  • They are in line with RFU Rugby Camps Guidelines.
  • The proposed camp is notified to Hampshire RFU.
  • Approval is granted in writing by Hampshire RFU.
  • Compliance with current RFU Return to Rugby and Summer Guidance is maintained.
