Playing Out of Age Grade Assessment up to U16s

Regulation 15.1.2 states that players must play in their own age grade unless permitted to play outside their age grade in the limited circumstances.

When completing this assessment, it is understood that:

Regulation 15, specifically 15.3 to 15.5, and Age Grade Codes of Practice have been read and considered.
The ultimate deciding factor must be the welfare and safety of the player and those with whom the player will be playing and playing against.
There has and will be clear communication with all those involved in and affected by the decision, including the opposition team.
The Risk Assessment will be adjusted, even on a match day, to take into account unpredicted circumstances, conditions and specific players’ needs, to reflect changing factors and identify steps to minimise any risks.
