Expression of Interest – Growth & Retention Officer
Hampshire RFU is exploring an RFU-supported, part-time Growth & Retention Officer, employed and managed by Hampshire RFU. The role would help partner clubs grow membership and registered player numbers through stronger school-to-club transitions and improved player retention.
We invite expressions of interest from clubs willing to explore contributing £1,750–£2,500 per year over four years.
Completing this form does not commit your club to funding. It will help us identify interested clubs for further discussion about their priorities, the support offered and financial arrangements.
