Our U20 programme provides an important bridge between age-grade and senior rugby, giving talented players from clubs across Hampshire the opportunity to develop, compete and represent their county.
We are looking for enthusiastic, committed people who can help us create a positive, player-centred and well-organised representative rugby experience, while building strong relationships with players, clubs, coaches and the wider Hampshire rugby community.

- Building positive relationships with clubs and coaches across Hampshire.
The role requires a strong understanding of rugby coaching and player development, alongside appropriate coaching qualifications, RFU DBS, Headcase training and relevant England Rugby Learning requirements.
U20 Team Manager
The Team Manager will be the organisational and logistical lead for the programme, working closely with the Lead Coach to ensure players and coaches can focus on delivering a great representative rugby experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating training, fixtures, venues and matchday arrangements.
- Acting as a central point of contact for players, coaches, clubs and other stakeholders.
- Providing clear and timely programme communications.
- Supporting player availability, attendance and selection administration.
