Coach Risk Assessment Form

Playing Out of Age Grade Assessment up to U16s

Regulation 15.1.2 states that players must play in their own age grade unless permitted to play outside their age grade in the limited circumstances.

It is recommended that a coach of at least England Rugby Coaching Award level (previously Level 2) makes the assessment related to players and playing/training.

Once submitted your responses will be sent to your Club CSO for them to use in their approval.
