Hampshire’s boys’ pathway supports the development of players aged 15-18, with a focus on skill enhancement, personal growth, and competitive play.
U15 and U16 PDG (Player Development Group):
Delivered by Bath Rugby, these programs prepare players for elite rugby through tailored coaching and competitive opportunities. Players benefit from Bath Rugby’s world-class development framework and expert coaching. Find out more here.

Offering representative playing opportunities, this programme also provides a pathway for players to re-engage with the PDG through the London South East selections.
