The girls’ pathway aligns with the RFU’s initiatives to grow and develop women’s rugby, providing structured programs for players aged 16-18.
U16 PDG (Player Development Group)
This program, set by RFU and delivered by Hampshire RFU, offers top-tier coaching and a focus on both technical and personal development. The programme forms a pathway into the Under 18 PDG, find out more here.
