Volunteer Lead – Hampshire RFU

Do you want to make a real difference in the rugby community by supporting the volunteers who keep the game thriving? Hampshire RFU is seeking a Volunteer Lead to champion volunteer engagement, recruitment, and recognition across the county. You’ll help clubs attract and retain volunteers, promote inclusive practices, and deliver appreciation initiatives that celebrate their vital contributions.

This is a volunteer position requiring around 6–9 hours per month, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for community engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive volunteer culture and gain experience in leadership and people development.
