Coaching Lead – Hampshire RFU

Are you passionate about developing rugby coaching and shaping the future of the game in Hampshire?

Hampshire RFU are looking for a Coaching Lead to drive coach education and development across the county. In this role, you’ll act as the central link between clubs, coaches, and England Rugby, coordinating and promoting training opportunities, delivering events like the Hampshire Rugby Coaching Conference, and promoting best practice through strong communication and digital presence. A key part of the role will be re-establishing and leading a network group for Hampshire based Club Coach Coordinators, fostering collaboration and sharing of ideas to strengthen coaching standards.

This is a volunteer role with an estimated commitment of 6–9 hours per month, offering the chance to influence coaching standards and support the growth of rugby. You’ll gain valuable experience in leadership, event management, and strategic planning while working alongside a passionate community.
