Hampshire RFU is committed to supporting the financial sustainability of our clubs, and under Regulation 5 we work together to ensure timely reporting of statements and key updates.
Financial Statements
Hampshire RFU as the constituent body, has an obligation under regulation 5 to monitor the financial health of clubs. As such, we require every club to upload its financial statements annually by 30th November using the form below.
These financial statements should be submitted by the treasurer and include confirmation that these have been presented to the relevant governance body at the club.
Failure to submit these by the due date will result in a £100 fine per month delay and if not received by March of the following year will result in notification to the RFU and possible further sanction from Hampshire RFU.

Material Changes
Clubs have a responsibility to notify the Hampshire RFU of any “material changes”. Please refer to RFU Regulation 5 for the definition of a material change.
These must notified to Hampshire RFU within 7 days.
These events will be then notified to the RFU on a 6 monthly basis. Please use the form below to raise a material change.
We would also like to remind clubs that any notifiable event should be notified to the RFU, with Hampshire RFU copied in, within 24 hours – finance@hampshirerfu.com
