Assistant Coaches – Alton RFC

Alton RFC are on the hunt for passionate, driven and dedicated coaches to join our Colts & Senior Men and Women’s squads, grow our rugby family and continue our recent success into the 25/26 season!⁠

Our Men’s 1XV won Counties 4 this season and are looking to continue that form into 25/26 into Counties 3, and ultimately return to Counties 1 rugby which is where we were in 23/24. Our Women’s team reformed this season and played competitive Women’s rugby at Alton for the first time in over 20 years. We performed brilliantly in the Inner Warrior Series, losing only a single game, and won the majority of the additional friendlies we played in as well.

We are open to applications from anyone who thinks they can meet the criteria above, however ERCA+ would be a bonus! Successful applicants would be expected to complete an Enhanced DBS check with the RFU , in line with our safer recruitment process.
