At Hampshire RFU, our mission is to support rugby clubs across the county in the governance, delivery, and growth of the game. We work collaboratively with players, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure that rugby in Hampshire thrives at every level – from grassroots to representative pathways.
Guided by our values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, and Sportsmanship (TREDS), we strive to foster a positive environment where everyone can experience the joy of rugby. Through ethical governance, innovative programs, and strategic partnerships, we ensure that clubs and their members receive the resources, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed.
As a Constituent Body (CB) of the RFU, our role includes providing support for club governance, player and coach development, safeguarding, and funding opportunities, ensuring that rugby remains accessible, inclusive, and sustainable across Hampshire.
