RFU Recruitment and Retention Workshop

We will be delivering an in person workshop for all volunteers from Hampshire Rugby Clubs, focusing on Recruitment and Retention. During the workshop, we hope to cover;

Review where your club is now
Develop a club strategy to support recruitment and retention
Identify support required.

The workshop will take place on March 16th 2026 at Eastleigh RFC. Start time of 7pm, finish time of 9pm.

Please feel free to bring representatives from your club from all sections of your club, as the workshop will cover adult, AG and Mini's for both the female and male game to share best practice and networking.
